Linda Han is a distinguished professor at the Faculty of Law, Beijing International Studies University, where she has been teaching since 2005 and currently serves as the Dean of the Law School.
She holds a Ph.D. and a Master of Law in Criminal Procedural Law, as well as an LLB in International Economic Law, all from the China University of Political Science and Law. Linda has extensive experience as a visiting scholar at prestigious institutions such as the University of Oregon and Université Montesquieu. Her teaching portfolio includes courses in Criminal Procedural Law, Evidence Law, Comparative Law, Criminal Law, and Legal English. In addition to her academic roles, she practices as a defense lawyer and serves as a legal consultant. Her research interests focus on organized crimes, constitutional issues in criminal justice, and anti-terrorism. Linda is also actively involved in various legal associations and has contributed significantly to the field through her numerous publications.
